Our Programs.

  • In-Home ABA Therapy (Telehealth + Onsite Hybrid)

Our hybrid ABA model is built to support families where they are—literally and figuratively. Children receive individualized, evidence-based behavior therapy in the comfort of their home, with the option to blend virtual sessions for added flexibility. This approach strengthens learning across real-life environments and empowers caregivers to be active collaborators in their child’s progress. Whether a parent needs coaching during routines like mealtime and bedtime or prefers virtual check-ins due to scheduling constraints, we adapt the plan to fit the family—not the other way around.

  • Occupational Therapy

Our Occupational Therapy program focuses on helping children gain confidence and independence in daily routines through purposeful play and sensory-based strategies. We support skills such as emotional regulation, fine motor development, sensory processing, and self-care tasks like dressing and feeding. By creating therapy plans that honor each child’s strengths, interests, and communication style, we help them build skills that translate into real-life success at home, at school, and in the community.

  • Speech Therapy

Every child deserves a voice, and our Speech Therapy team is here to support communication in all its forms—including verbal speech, assistive communication devices (AAC), gestures, and play-based language development. We meet children where they are developmentally and build on their unique strengths, helping them develop expressive and receptive language skills in a nurturing, supportive environment. From first words to conversation-building, we celebrate every step forward.

  • Behavioral Health Services

Behavioral and emotional support is an essential part of family-centered care. Our Behavioral Health Services provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive mental health counseling for children and their families. We help families navigate challenges related to emotional regulation, anxiety, transitions, and social or behavioral stressors. Whether working through a diagnosis, supporting siblings, or helping caregivers manage overwhelm, our team centers the emotional well-being of the entire family—not just the child receiving services.

  • Parent Education & Support

Parents are the heart of the care team. Through coaching, workshops, support groups, and hands-on training, we empower caregivers with practical strategies and emotional support before, during, and after a diagnosis. Families learn how to navigate services, advocate with confidence, and build routines that reduce stress and improve quality of life. Our goal is to equip parents with clarity, community, and confidence on a journey that often feels overwhelming without the right support.

  • PMHNP Med-Management Clinic (Mind & Medication Studio)

Our Mind & Medication Studio offers mental health evaluations and medication management provided by a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who specializes in pediatric neurodevelopmental care. Families receive thoughtful, collaborative guidance to explore medication options when appropriate—no pressure, no rush, no judgment. We combine clinical expertise with compassionate, evidence-based education so families can make informed decisions with confidence and peace of mind.

  • Closed-Door Pharmacy – Coming 2026

Our Closed-Door Pharmacy is our solution to a common barrier: accessing medication quickly, consistently, and with transparency. This closed-door pharmacy will exclusively serve Lemonade Center families, allowing direct coordination between providers and pharmacists. Families will no longer have to navigate long waits or confusing pharmacy interactions—prescriptions will be managed in-house with a streamlined, family-first approach. This program ensures continuity of care without added stress.
