Service Area: In-home & community-based (Mecklenburg + Rowan + Stanly + Albemarle)
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) & autism evaluations
Develop individualized ABA treatment plans (ages 2–18)
Supervise & provide oversight to RBTs and therapy team
Deliver parent coaching & caregiver training
Travel to clients within Mecklenburg & surrounding counties
Ensure Medicaid/commercial compliance & timely documentation
Optional leadership track into Clinical Director role
Requirements:
Active BCBA certification
Medicaid & commercial payer experience (ABA) preferred
Strong communication & culturally competent care
Reliable transportation — mileage reimbursed

Employment Type: Part-Time Contractor (1099) — 15–25 hrs/week
Key Responsibilities:
Submit clean claims for ABA and therapy services to Medicaid & commercial payers
Perform eligibility & benefits verification prior to client onboarding
Manage EOB review, denials, resubmissions, and appeals
Set up and manage ERA/EFT payer portal connections (ex: AmeriHealth, Healthy Blue, BCBS, UHC)
Reconcile payments and prepare weekly revenue reports for leadership
Collaborate with credentialing specialist & EMR/RCM vendor to maintain accuracy
Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times
Qualifications:
Required: 1+ year experience in ABA or pediatric therapy billing
Familiarity with Medicaid NC Managed Care
Strong knowledge of CPT codes, modifiers, RCM workflow
Detail-oriented, responsive, deadline-driven

Employment Type: PRN Contractor (as-needed basis)
Key Responsibilities:
Complete Medicaid group & individual enrollment (CAQH, NPPES, taxonomy updates)
Complete commercial payer enrollment (BCBS NC, Aetna, Cigna, UHC, Tricare if needed)
Maintain and update CAQH profiles for BCBA + future providers
Track and manage credentialing timelines & follow-ups until approval
Submit payer revalidation and recredentialing as needed
Communicate credentialing status to executive leadership
Ensure no delays or denials due to technical errors
Qualifications:
Required: Proven experience credentialing ABA or behavioral health providers in North Carolina
Expert in CAQH, NPPES, Medicaid NC portals, managed care plans
Highly organized, documentation-strong, fast response time
Contractor mindset — works fast, minimal supervision needed

Client Setting: In-home & center-based (launching April), ages 2–18
Responsibilities:
Perform speech/language evaluations & create individualized treatment plans
Provide 1:1 therapy in-home and later in-center (April grand opening)
Collaborate closely with ABA, OT, and parent coaching teams
Document daily session notes in EMR within 24 hours
Participate in family education, care coordination, and progress tracking
Travel within Mecklenburg + surrounding counties as needed (mileage reimbursed)
Qualifications:
Licensed SLP in North Carolina (CCC-SLP or CFY with supervision)
Experience with autism spectrum & AAC preferred
Strong commitment to collaborative, culturally responsive care
Reliable transportation — mileage reimbursed

Client Setting: In-home & center-based (launching April), ages 2–18
Responsibilities:
Conduct OT evaluations & design personalized treatment plans
Deliver therapy focused on sensory regulation, fine motor skills, ADLs
Work collaboratively with ABA, speech, and mental health providers
Educate and coach parents on home strategies & carryover activities
Travel in-home initially, transition to hybrid in-center by April launch
Maintain billing-compliant documentation in EMR
Qualifications:
Licensed OTR/L in North Carolina
Pediatric autism / sensory integration experience required
Strong communication & family partnership mindset
Reliable transportation — mileage reimbursed
